Hello! I’m Sarah Beardslee, the founder and owner of A Centered Life. I’m thrilled to share my vision with you: to create a vibrant family of clinicians who are passionate about bringing a “Wow!” experience to our community through a commitment to prioritize professional growth, integrity, health, and innovation. Here, we don't just work alongside each other; we uplift, inspire, and support one another as we strive to be the best clinicians we can be.

- Our Office Manager will provide training on the EHR system and ongoing support with scheduling, payments, office supplies, and printing/mailing needs.

- Psychology Today Profile Costs Covered: We'll cover the costs and maintenance of your Psychology Today profile, ensuring you have a strong online presence.
- Marketing Strategies: We'll work with you to develop tailored marketing strategies that attract your ideal clients and fill up your schedule.
- Furnished Office Space: Our offices are designed to create a welcoming and professional environment for you and your clients. You'll have the freedom to personalize your space to reflect your style and practice.
- Flexible Work Options: We understand the importance of work-life balance. You'll have the flexibility to choose between online, in-person, or hybrid sessions to best suit your needs and preferences.
- Monthly Supervision Groups & Team Meetings: Our supportive community of clinicians meets regularly to share insights, discuss challenges, and provide guidance.

Qualifications
We seek clinicians who meet the following requirements:
- Licensed mental health clinician in Kansas
- Strong desire for clinical growth
- Able to work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Manage their caseloads with professionalism
- Live the core values of A Centered Life
- This is a contracted (1099) position with a minimum requirement of seeing 15 clients a week.
Interview Process
Our interview process is designed to find clinicians who share our vision and values, helping us maintain a high standard of care and support for both our clients and team members.

- Resume or Curriculum Vitae: Provide an overview of your qualifications, training, and experience.
- Clinical and Personal References: Submit three clinical references from people who can comment on your clinical aptitude and two personal references (non-family members). If you include letters of reference, please make sure to also include the names and phone numbers for your references.
