I'm genuinely excited to be a part of your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth! With over ten years of experience working with amazing individuals aged 13 and up, I've crafted a cozy, welcoming space where you can feel at ease sharing your thoughts and feelings - no judgment here! I work primarily with trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues; however, I am also skilled at working with a variety of issues.
People often tell me they appreciate my down-to-earth and goals focused approach. I like to think of it as a blend of empathy and accountability. I'm here to cheer you on while also keeping it real, helping you make meaningful strides toward your goals. And if you are interested, I love weaving in Christian principles as I guide Christians on their journey. No matter who you are, I will honor and respect your unique beliefs and values.
Schedule a free consultation with me or, if you are ready to get started, you can schedule your first appointment by clicking "New Client" at the bottom of this page. Your story matters and I can't wait to hear it!
On a personal note, I have been married to my husband for 15 years and we have two daughters, a cranky cat, fish, gecko, and frog. One thing I never thought I would be doing in my life? Buying crickets, fruit flies, and mealworms every week, gross! When I'm not counseling (or buying crickets) I absolutely love playing games and being silly with my daughters and hubby, discovering new places, hiking mountains, developing fairy worlds, playing in the garden, and reading a good book.
